Conference Support
Free of charge	Our Conference Support service provides advice, guidance and support to aid the success of your event. In addition to our quality Conference Facilities, the staff at Priory Campus will endeavour to lighten the burden of organising an event by helping you in any way we can. Continued support on the day includes, Reception Service (greeting and directing delegates, message service and admin support) as well as Technical Support for any equipment you are using. In addition, the services below are available.
Photocopying
10p per copy Note: A small admin charge can be made for 100+ copies.	As part of our admin support we can provide photocopies of most documents. OHP Transparencies can be created from supplied documents subject to availability.
OHP (Overhead Projector)
Free of charge	All our OHP's come with stand mounted screens.
Laptop and Multimedia Projector
£31.50+VAT for full day (£32.50 as of April 1st 2010)	Laptop: Windows XP/2K, Office 2000 , CD/DVD, 3½ Floppy Disc, USB If you require only Laptop or only Projector the hire charge remains the same. > Laptops can have Internet Access on request subject to availability. Data Projector comes with stand mounted screen. Additional Laptops are available seperatley at a charge of £10+VAT per machine. A setup cost of £15+VAT will be made to cover set up costs.
Flipchart
Free of charge	A1 Flipcharts with an assortment of coloured pens.
TV and Video
Free of charge	Colour TV (RC) and VHS video player (RC) RC = Remote Control
TV and DVD Player (subject to availability)
Free of charge	Colour TV (RC) and DVD Player (RC) RC = Remote Control
PA System and Microphones
Free of charge	Amplified Sound-system and Microphone. A choice of static microphone or wireless roving microphone is available subject to availability.
Hearing Loop
Free of charge	An induction loop system which transmits audio from an Omni directional Microphone to personal receivers supplied with the service. (up to 4 receivers are available)
